I had some new windows installed this winter and was going to get new window treatments--until Covid hit. My blinds are very old, somewhat rusty, and the tapes had broken on one of them. I found Aracon and took it there. What a pleasant experience! Greg changed the tape, and scrubbed the slats so well that they look brand new. He did such a great job that I'm going to take the other ones in as well, and forget about new blinds. He did the work for the price he quoted, and had it finished in just a few days. When I picked it up, I handed over my credit card, not realizing they only take cash or check. He told me that if I didn't have enough cash to just send him a check. Luckily, I did, but can you imagine anyone else responding that way in this day and age? I'm going to take all my blinds in for him to clean. This guy is a real gentleman.

I had a broken window blind - what to do? Called Aracon and spoke with Greg who told me that if I brought it in he would gladly inspect it, identify the problem and that he even might be able to fix it that day if he could (i.e., if a simple fix). I saved money by bringing it to the shop myself. I arrived at the store/workshop with blind in hand and that's exactly what happened. He fixed the blind right then and there! Terrific. (It needed a new part which he had on hand that opens and closes the slats.) Courteous, knowledgeable, honest, fair and efficient service - great doing business with Aracon. I would go back without hesitation if ever needed. Nice people and nice work for sure. Can't imagine service any better than this. Aracon is a great find and definitely worthwhile.
